Vinification: Pre-fermentation maceration for 48 hours. Alcoholic fermentation with manual pump-overs. Cuvaison lasting approximately 2 months. Aging: 24 months in new 400-liter French oak barrels. It must not lose the blend of Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, and Tinto Cão, which is expressed in this Cadão Grande Reserva Tinto 2018.
