Casa de Ronfe Branco Vinho Verde Winemaking: The grapes were handpicked and transported to the winery in 20 kg boxes. After a pre-skin maceration, they were pressed and fermented in 600-liter barrels and cement tanks, in contact with the fine lees. After alcoholic fermentation, the wine underwent malolactic fermentation and aged in the same barrels and cement tanks, with the fine lees, through bâtonnage. Bottling took place in June 2024.
