Champagne Lanson Rose Brut The Rosé Creation perfectly embodied the elegance, freshness, and fruitiness of the Lanson style. To take this freshness even further, we followed the original principle of Champagne winemaking, without malolactic fermentation. True to this founding vision, Hervé Dantan allowed himself the freedom to combine this traditional method with a small proportion of wines that underwent malolactic fermentation. This demanding approach gives the wine a rich aromatic palette, combining red and citrus fruits. A resolutely Lanson style, conveyed through a long aging period in the cellars.
