Vinification of Champagne Ruinart Rosé Brut: Harvest done by hand. Fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks with regulated temperature. For the red wine, short maceration and light extraction. Complete malolactic fermentation. Composition: Blend made with a base of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, mostly classified as Premiers Crus with 20/25% coming from reserves of the previous 2 years. 45% Chardonnay, vineyards Côte des Blancs and Montagne de Reims, 55% of the Pinot Noir comes from Montagne de Reims and Vallée de la Marne vineyards, of which 18 to 19% was made into red wine.
