Vinification of the Winter White Wine Conde de Ervideira 2020: Night harvest, under the brightness, shine, and company of the moon. Fermentation in barrels, under temperature control. The wine is then subjected to a battonage process. Aging: 6 Months in Hungarian Oak Barrels.
