Vinification of the Wine Conde D Ervideira Reserva Branco 2021: The grapes are destemmed and sent to "vinimatics", where they remain for 6 to 10 hours at a temperature of 12°C. They are then pressed and sent to the cold chamber, where they ferment at a temperature between 13º and 15ºC. Aging: 6 Months in new Hungarian oak barrels.
