Vinification of the Wine Conde D Ervideira Reserva Tinto 2021: The best batches of grapes are vinified grape by grape. The Aragonez ferments in "vinimatics", while the other grape varieties ferment in mechanical tread lagares, at a temperature of 22º to 24ºC. Aging: 10 Months in new French Oak barrels.
