This is the second certified organic wine from the estate, following the launch of Covela Avesso Reserva Biológico in 2019. In COVELA Avesso Natur, the sulfites typically used to stabilize the wines have been replaced by dried chestnut flower (Castanea sativa Mill.) harvested from the chestnut trees of Covela and hand-prepared by our viticulture teams.
