Vinification of the Wine Dona Ermelinda Grande Reserva 2020 Red: Fermentation in stainless steel tanks with cold maceration for 7 days, alcoholic fermentation for 10 days followed by post-fermentation skin maceration for 15 days. Aging for 18 months in half barrels of French Oak followed by aging for 18 months in Bottle.
