Vinification of Duorum reserva Red Wine 2019: The grapes are sorted and destemmed. This is followed by pre-fermentative maceration at low temperature with robotic treading in stainless steel lagares. Then, they are transferred to stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature. Vinification ends with post-fermentative maceration. The must remains in contact with the skins for up to 18 days. Aging in French oak barrels for about 18 months.
