Vinification of Duorum Tinto Reserve Wine 2019: The grapes are subjected to sorting and are destemmed. This is followed by low-temperature pre-fermentation maceration with robotic foot treading in stainless steel lagares. Next, they are transferred to temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The vinification ends with post-fermentation maceration. The pomace remains in contact with the must for a maximum of 18 days. Aging in French oak barrels for a period of about 18 months.
