Vinification of Duorum Tinto Wine 2019: After being selected, the grapes are destemmed at the entrance of the winery, crushed, and transferred to stainless steel lagares with robotic treading. It is at this stage that pre-fermentation maceration at low temperatures takes place. Subsequently, fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks at a controlled maximum temperature of 28ºC. Maturation/ "Elevage" in French oak barrels for 12 months.
