At the entry-level quality tier of wines from Real Companhia Velha, Evel has maintained a solid reputation for many years. Evel wine is produced from vineyards located in the famous Quinta do Casal da Granja and Quinta do Cidrô, situated in the municipalities of Alijó and S. João da Pesqueira, respectively. Vinification of Evel Reserva Tinto 2020: Produced from parcels of old vines, fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, with temperature control. The entire wine ages for 12 months in new French oak barrels, in Vila Nova de Gaia.
