O Nossa Branco results from a joint project between Filipa Pato and her husband, driven by the desire to create a wine that expresses the full potential of the exceptional terroir of Óis do Bairro. This village has been recognized since the 19th century for its high capacity to produce white wines. It ferments in 500l barrels with temperature control below 18ºC. Batonnage twice a month until February, bottled in May.
