O 3B (Baga - 70% and Bical - 30%, from an Atlantic region starting with B… Bairrada) was born from the desire to create a Traditional Method that is aromatic, refreshing, honest, and elegant, based on the indigenous grapes from vineyards that respect the cultivation tradition of the region. Because it does not agree with the designation sparkling, it is referred to as Traditional Method. Awaiting for the country to decide on its own designation, as happens in Spain with Cava and in Italy with Franciacorta, etc...
