Created from the Baga and Touriga Nacional grape varieties, whose grapes were hand-picked and carefully vinified with complete maceration, in a lagar with a pneumatic press. After malolactic fermentation, the wine aged for 6 months in French oak barrels, and then 18 months in a cement tank, as has always been the tradition in our house. It was bottled without undergoing any clarifying or stabilizing treatment.
