Gin Sharish

The Sharish Original Gin is distilled in a traditional Portuguese copper still, containing, in its production process, 9 carefully selected botanicals: juniper, cinnamon, coriander seeds, clove, vanilla, orange peel, lemon peel, Bravo de Esmolfe DOP apple, and Lúcia-Lima – with the last four being used fresh. Due to the different characteristics and evaporation points of the botanicals, they are slowly distilled separately, allowing for a higher quality in the final result. Sharish Gin is a smooth drink with a unique aroma, where citrus flavors predominate – coming from the orange peel – the gentle sweetness of the Bravo de Esmolfe apple and vanilla, as well as the identifiable juniper. The more subtle notes of this gin come from the clove and coriander seeds, with the slight spiciness of the Lúcia-Lima being felt at the end of the tasting.
