Gin Sharish Laurinius

The Sharish Laurinius Gin is a Limited Edition of 3883 bottles, aged for 1 year in Lourinhã Wine Brandy barrels, one of the 3 only demarcated wine brandy regions in the World (similar to Cognac and Armagnac). The idea for this edition arose during a visit by the managers of Louriana XO Brandy, Paulo Marcelino and João Brito, to the Sharish Gin Distillery. Promptly welcomed by António Cuco, it was agreed that it would be a version of the Original Sharish Gin, in which the Bravo de Esmolfe Apple would be replaced by Pêra-Rocha from the West, adding an extra botanical, the Bay Leaf, in homage to Lourinhã. Botanicals: juniper, Lúcia-Lima, orange peel and lemon peel from Alentejo, coriander seeds, clove, vanilla, cinnamon, Pêra-Rocha from the West, and bay leaf.
