Herdade do Rocim Clay Aged Branco
Vinification and aging: Hand-harvested in 12 kg boxes. In the winery, the grapes underwent a careful selection on a vibrating sorting table, were destemmed with a slight crushing of the berry. Foot-trodden in a stone lagar, with all their stems and only indigenous yeasts. Aged in clay amphorae for a period of 12 months.
