Vinification of Herdade do Sobroso Reserva Tinto 2021 in 3 Liters: the grapes were hand-picked and transported to our winery, where the transformation process began with vinification in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature and post-fermentation maceration for 21 days. Aging: Aged for 12 months in 500-liter French Allier oak barrels.
