Vinification of the Wine Herdade do Sobroso Barrique Select Reserva Tinto 2019 Magnum: the grapes were hand-picked and transported to our winery, where the transformation process began with vinification in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature and post-fermentation maceration of 21 days. Aging: Aged for 12 months in 500-liter French Allier oak barrels.
