Vinification of the Wine Joao Portugal Ramos Vinha de Sao Lazaro 2017 Red: the grapes are destemmed and carefully selected on the manual sorting table. After crushing, they are trodden in marble lagares with the traditional foot treading. Racking into a stainless steel tank where alcoholic fermentation finishes. Followed by 12 days of post-fermentation maceration. Aging: 12 months in new half barrels of French oak.
