Vinification of the Wine Joao Portugal Ramos Vinha do Jeremias 2019 Red: The grapes are destemmed and carefully selected on the manual sorting table. After crushing, they are foot-trodden in marble lagares with the traditional foot treading. Racking into a stainless steel tank where alcoholic fermentation finishes. Followed by 12 days of post-fermentation maceration. Aging: 12 months in new half barrels of American and French oak.
