Vinification of Monte da Ravasqueira Premium Alicante Bouschet Tinto 2014: Selection of bunches on a sorting table, cold maceration for 2 days, in lagares with 3 tons to increase the contact surface between solids and liquid. Fermentation for 10 days. Aging for 28 months in new French oak barrels and 12 months of bottle aging, until its release.
