Quinta do Pessegueiro Plenitude Red Wine
Vinification: The harvest took place in September. The grapes were transported in 22Kg boxes to the winery. They were kept for 12 hours in a refrigerated chamber, then gravity-fed to granite lagares, where complete fermentation occurred with indigenous yeasts. The wine aged for 18 months in 225L barrels and 600L casks. It was bottled in May 2024.
