Vinification of Pontual Alicante Bouschet red: Total destemming of the grapes, pre-fermentation maceration for 1 to 2 days. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks, at a controlled temperature of 25 ºC, followed by malolactic fermentation. Aging for 8 months in American and French oak barrels.
