Fruity and intense profile. Wine produced from a single harvest distinguished by its excellent quality. Vinification of Porto Borges LBV 2019: this is a wine of very noble quality. The grapes were transported in 20 kg boxes to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. After receiving the grapes, they are crushed with partial destemming. They ferment for 3 to 4 days in lagares with foot treading for greater extraction of color and aromas. At the right time, the separation of the skins from the must is processed, and 77% vol grape brandy is added to finish the fermentation. Then the wine ages for 4 to 6 years before bottling to complete its evolution in the bottle.
