Quinta da Rede Reserva Branco: Vinification and maturation: Manual selection of grapes on a sorting table at the winery entrance. Gentle pneumatic pressing, followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks for 3 weeks at 15ºC. End of alcoholic fermentation in French oak barrels: 20% new, 80% used. Aging for 6 months in barrels, weekly "battonage".
