It is the result of a strict selection of the best batches produced by our Quinta in a given year. Vinification of the Quinta do Noval Touriga Nacional Red wine: This wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks for 8 days, followed by malolactic fermentation. Aging: The wine is aged in 225-liter French oak barrels for 12 months, 20% in new barrels, 60% in second-year barrels, and 20% in third-year barrels.
