The O Trufa Negra red was produced by Quinta do Olival Velho, with grapes from a 60-year-old vineyard and through foot treading. It then aged for 18 months in French oak barrels.
Very concentrated and intense aroma, with notes of exotic fruit. On the palate, it is full-bodied with notes of wild fruits, with the tannins still very present, but of great quality. It is very complex, fresh, and persistent.
