Quinta do Vesúvi Cellar Release 2015 The 2015 vintage year was demanding but culminated in exceptional conditions. The estate benefited from a summer marked by high temperatures, mild nights, and timely, punctual rainfall in September, favoring complete phenolic ripening. The harvest was carried out manually, with a double selection of the grape clusters, followed by carefully controlled fermentation to maximize the potential of each grape variety. The wine aged for 16 months in French oak barrels, 75% new, giving it complexity, depth, and an elegant and distinctive aromatic profile. Aging method: 16 months in French oak barrels of 225 and 400 liters (75% new wood)
