Tecedeiras Rupis Red Wine Vinification: Manual harvest. Transport of grapes in small boxes to avoid crushing. Manual selection of the bunches. Destemming and slight crushing of the berries. The grapes fermented in stainless steel tanks. After aging for 19 months in used 225l barrels, we performed a light fining prior to bottling. The wine rested for 1 year in the bottle before being marketed. All our wines are sealed with natural cork. The wines are neither filtered nor cold stabilized, so they may produce sediment with age.
