Vinification of Venha o Diabo e Escolha Grande Reserva Tinto: The grapes from the harvest of our associates are unloaded and immediately destemmed and crushed. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature (26-28ºC). During this period, maceration or skin contact occurs for 15 days. Aging: The wine ages in new French oak barrels for 12 months. After bottling, it ages in the cellar for a minimum of 12 months.
